FROM BARI: take the SS100 state road and, after 22 km, take the CASAMASSIMA-TURI exit; near Casamassima, continue along the SS172 in the direction of the SS100 TURI-PUTIGNANO; continue along the SP215 and, after crossing Turi, turn right and take the SS172; cross Putignano and continue for 42 km as far as Alberobello. [total distance: 56 km time 1 hour]

FROM BRINDISI: take the San Vito Provincial Road and after 1.5 km, turn left into State Road SP1BIS; continue for 52 km and then turn right into the State Road S379/E55; after 3.5 km continue along the State Road SS16/E55 in the direction of BARI SS172 TARANTO-FASANO; after 3 km, exit in the direction of State Road SS172 TARANTO-FASANO and then continue along State Road SS172DIR for 11 km; after crossing Fasano and Locorotondo, take State Road SS172/via Alberobello and continue for about 8 km following the signs to Alberobello. [total distance 78 km - time 1 hour and 10 min]

FROM TARANTO: take the State Road SS7TER and after 6.5 km, exit in the direction of MARTINA FRANCA - QUARTIERE PAOLO SESTO; continue along State Road SS172 and, after crossing Martina Franca and Locorotondo, continue following the signs in the direction of Alberobello. [total distance 47 km - time 53 min]
